VTG 1950s Classic Santa & Reindeer Decorated Masonite Christmas Hanging Cut-Out

For your consideration is this vintage Christmas Plaque that could be hung on the door or wall for your holiday season. This plaque features an adorable Classic Santa and one of his reindeers positioned jovially beside one another. Though I was unable to find a like comparison, there were advertisements on Newspapers online document repository from the 1950s advertising these brightly colored displays on fiberboard backing and believe the piece to have come from that era. There are two holes, one on top and one on the bottom, allowing the piece to be secured to a flat surface or run a ribbon through the top and hang on your door this holiday season. The backing is a hard fiberboard material. As seen in the photos, there is a little edge wear, but this does not detract from the item's aesthetic. I have cleaned the piece with archival safe solvents. There are a few abrasions, but overall, it is in good condition considering the item's age. The piece measures 18 inches long x 0.7 inches
