Vintage costume jewelry brooch lot featuring 2 bird designs. This set includes a rhinestone accented peacock and parrot perched on a branch. Both show detailed casting & layered feather designs typical of mid century figural jewelry.
Peacock brooch is silver tone with clear rhinestones set throughout the body & tail. Several rhinestones are darkened or missing, and there is visible wear to the finish consistent with age.
The parrot brooch is gold tone with a sculptural body & rhinestone accented tail. This piece also shows finish wear, discoloration, and darkened stones. Both pins have working pin backs and are wearable, condition is reflected in pricing.
