Hotel is from 2001, its missing the handle on top. Minor issues with some stickers from age (see pictures). But otherwise in good condition. Elevator still works.
Beach house is from 2000, has handle, stickers are in good condition.
The openings on both units work fine.
Comes with 7 little dolls, some original to the units some not. Comes with jet ski, car, beach chair and bed. Everything is in good used condition, needs to be cleaned from storage
