Extremely rare, Schmid Gordon Fraser Porcelain or Ceramic Santa & Sleigh Music Box Figurine, vintage collectible from 1987, plays "We Wish You A Merry Christmas." Charming music box of Santa Claus riding in a sleigh, perfect addition to any Christmas collection. Beautifully detailed with all of Santa's toys! This brand is known for quality craftsmanship & attention to detail, making this a special & nostalgic find. Bottom tag reads: "THIS MUSIC BOX IS EQUIPPED WITH AN ON/OFF STOPPER. DO NOT OVERWIND." It is marked on the bottom with maker's name, music it plays, Measures approximately 7 3/4" front to back of sleigh, 7 1/4" tall, 4 3/8 wide. This will be wrapped in lots of bubble wrap, packed in a box I had that went to another music box, then into a larger box. Excellent condition! No chips or cracks, paint & finish are outstanding & music plays beautifully! On the bottom are two holes from manufacturing clay mold-see pictures. Original box not included. Clean & smoke free.
