• FREEZING INSTRUCTIONS: Keep sleeve inside of supplied bag and place flat in the freezer. For maximum performance store in freezer for at least 2 hours. Do not freeze without bag. Do not freeze if sleeve has been in soaking water. Do not wear sleeve if it has been frozen wet.
• HEATING INSTRUCTIONS: Remove sleeve from supplied bag. With sleeve at room temperature, microwave for 30 seconds and test for comfort. If sleeve is not hot enough, reheat for an additional 10 seconds. DO NOT heat more than a total of 45 seconds. Sleeve should be warm, not hot.
