Alterations include opening up the beaded back and adding pearls. Added a corset at the hip bum to make room for my booty. Its great because itll adjust to a few inches if you happen to lose or gain before your big day! Very comfortable. I loved the trumpet shape. Sheer top and cap sleeves. Really well made quality dress. No major damage just regular wear and needs to be cleaned.
