Everything except shoes and wig included.
I made this cosplay and we printed the fabric to match the art, as well as made a bag from scratch and all of Kotori's accessories. The socks are also hand dyed to get the right shade.
I know this is a commercially available cosplay now, but it wasn't at the time and was a labor of love. All the materials are a nice cotton as well - not the itchy polyester of current cosplays.
