his is a Department 56 "Mr. Wickfield Solicitor" from the Dickens' Village Series.
The piece is inspired by the character Mr. Wickfield from Charles Dickens' novel David Copperfield.
It was introduced in 1989 and retired in 1992.
The building is a hand-painted porcelain lighted house.
This classic piece is just waiting for you to display in your village.

This house/building is in excellent condition in the original box. No chips, cracks, or indication of misuse or abuse. The original flimsy cardboard sleeve and Styrofoam may have some wear, but the piece(s) looks as good as the day purchased.
