This model is in excellent condition. The model has a detailed interior right down to a fire extinguisher. The cab has a designed single door access (driver's side) as this was a competitive sportster. The front half of the body lifts away from the cab to reveal a detailed engine. The hood when closed is secured by straps. The model also appears to have independent front suspension. The small "trunk" opens to reveal a spare tire. The tires are rubber and the driver's wheel turns the front wheels. The rims are all spoked. An exterior gas cap sits atop the body behind the driver's seat.
This diecast model was released pre-2010. The vehicle itself was manufactured from 1951 thru 1953, and won the famous 1951 24 Hours of Le Mans race.
